Who is responsible

YouTube

The classic fights play through YouTube API Services. YouTube may set cookies and collect data when it plays, as described in the Google Privacy Policy. By using this site you agree to this privacy policy and to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Watching

Watching needs no account. Your browser remembers your settings on your own device. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) to run the site and keep it safe, for up to 30 days.

Chat

To post we ask for your birth year, which we use only to check that you're 14 or older and do not store, and a display name. Your messages are public. With each message we keep your display name, the time, a random code stored on your device, and your IP address, to stop spam and abuse. We delete messages and IP addresses after 30 days. Reported or removed messages and ban records are kept for 12 months.

Members

If you join, we keep your email address and a record of your consent: what you agreed to, when, and the IP address used. We use your email only to send what you asked for. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and keep the consent record for 3 years after our last email to you, to show we had your permission. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.

Live tickets

When ticket sales open, payment is handled by Stripe. We will keep what we need to deliver your ticket (name, email, order) and will say so on the checkout page.

Who else handles it

Our server, which holds the chat, member records and logs, is run by Hetzner Online in Ashburn, Virginia, USA. Our emails are sent from that same server. YouTube (Google) runs the fight player, and the page's fonts load from Google Fonts. We are responsible for your information when they handle it for us.

Children

Chat and membership are for people 14 and older. If we learn we have information from someone younger, we delete it.

Your rights

Ask us at ceo@getdougos.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If we have a breach that could seriously harm you, we will tell you. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
